
The Dining Services Advisory Team (DSAT) is a student-led group that partners with Dining Services to enhance the on-campus dining experience. Members serve as ambassadors, provide real-time feedback, test new products, and support philanthropic and campus dining initiatives.
Membership Expectations
● Attend at least 3 meetings per semester (monthly, at a consistent time and date).
● Assist with select dining events throughout the year.
● Participate in one philanthropic service initiative per semester that supports the local St.
Louis community.
● Be a dining ambassador—engaged, informed, and collaborative.
Who we’re looking for:
● Seeking up to 5 student representatives per class year (First-Year through Senior).
● Open to all undergraduate students through a short application process
