Apply to DSAT

The Dining Services Advisory Team (DSAT) is a student-led group that partners with Dining Services to enhance the on-campus dining experience. Members serve as ambassadors, provide real-time feedback, test new products, and support philanthropic and campus dining initiatives.

Membership Expectations

  • Attend at least 3 meetings per semester (monthly, at a consistent time and date).
  • Assist with select dining events throughout the year.
  • Participate in one philanthropic service initiative per semester that supports the local St. Louis community.
  • Be a dining ambassador—engaged, informed, and collaborative.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Seeking up to 5 student representatives per class year (First-Year through Senior).
  • Open to all undergraduate students through a short application process

  • 1-year commitment with the option to extend a second year based on active participation.
