Food Truck Catering on Campus

Student groups and university departments may host events with food trucks on the Danforth Campus. To ensure health, safety, and compliance with university policy, all requests must follow the Food Truck Policy and be submitted at least 30 days in advance.

Key reminders:

• Only catered (free-to-guest) food trucks are approved.
• Locations must align with the approved list in Appendix A of the Food Truck Policy.
• Space reservations go through Event Management or Parking & Transportation.
• All food trucks must be escorted on and off campus by a WashU employee. Read the Danforth Campus Facilities Access Policy

Campus Life and Dining Services may limit food truck frequency and will not approve of events that conflict with other campus activities.
