David and Meggan Sandusky started Beast BBQ to honor St. Louis style barbecue in the winter of 2014 and received city-wide recognition in the Riverfront Times by the summer of 2015. David uses his background in fine dining and his passion to utilize ethically sourced meats in his barbecue. With appearances on the Food Network, Beast BBQ has continued to grow their craft and expand their reach. They are excited to share their style with the WashU community! Beast Craft BBQ at Parkside Café is located in Schnuck Pavilion and serves St. Louis style barbecue, sides, burgers, salads, and wings.
