Coffeestamp, founded in 2018 by brothers Patrick and Spencer Clapp, began as a micro-roastery and has evolved into a full-service coffee bar located in Saint Louis’ Fox Park neighborhood. Their caffeine journey began during their teenage years, enjoying hand-picked, craft roasted coffee from neighbors’ farms in Marcala, near “La Tigra” National Park in Honduras. Coffeestamp aims to craft exceptional and ethically sourced coffee. Their mission is simple: to deliver the most delicious coffee possible. Coffeestamp meticulously sources the finest coffee beans from around the world, believing that the quality of the bean is the foundation of great coffee. Coffestamp offers empanadas, hot sandwiches, burritos, quesadillas, Honduran coffee, horchata, tea, and pastries.
