Director for Nutrition & Dietary Wellness

Hi, I'm Rebecca!

I'm the Director of Dining’s Nutrition Services at WashU and a registered dietitian with more than 14 years of experience helping people build healthy, sustainable eating habits. I’ve been with WashU for 7 years and love helping students feel their best through good nutrition.

College is an exciting time, but it can also bring new challenges when it comes to eating well. Whether you're managing a food allergy, following a special diet for a religion, culture or lifestyle, fueling for sports, navigating a health condition, or just trying to figure out what to eat between classes, I'm here to help.

I meet with students one-on-one to provide personalized nutrition guidance and help students transition to dining on campus with confidence. I work in Dining Services, and also partner closely with colleagues in Student Health, Athletics, Disability Resources, and other campus teams to make sure students have access to safe, nutritious, and inclusive dining options.

My goal is simple: to help every student feel supported, confident, and well-nourished so they can focus on making the most of their WashU experience.
